2. Product characteristics

High flexibility - many strands of finely twisted oxygen free copper wires are used as conductors to ensure the  softness of the wire body;

Bending resistance - optimized cable pitch + special structural design + careful material selection, suitable for high-frequency bending occasions;

Anti electronic interference - the overall tinned copper wire braided shielding density is more than 85%, which  effectively resists external high-frequency electromagnetic interference;

Tensile - flexible wrapping material - non-woven wrapped wire body + anti drawing filling, which can effectively buffer the back and forth bending movement of the cable;

• The cable adopts special flexible special sheath material (the color can be selected by the customer). The bending life is more than 6 million times, and the sheath will not break;
• Cable has flexibility, wear resistance, oil resistance, acid and alkali resistance, tensile resistance, excellent waterproof and anti-aging properties.
• The designed cable specific gravity is infinitely close to the specific gravity of water, and the cable can float on the water surface;

Conductor: multi strand ultra-fine twisted high-purity oxygen free tinned copper wire;

Insulation layer: it is  made of specially modified PVC or HDPE insulation;

Reinforcing elements: Kevlar fiber center and gap filling, and reinforced sheath structure of warp and weft braided floating cable body;

Inner protective layer: TPE pressed;

Shielding layer: aluminum plastic composite belt, ultra-fine tinned copper mesh woven shielding, with a density of more than 85%; Sheath material: special foamed thermoplastic elastomer polyurethane material;

Service temperature: rated temperature: - 20 °C~ + 80 °C; (the customized temperature of watertight network cable is - 55 °C~ + 105°C

Characteristic impedance: 100 -15 Ω;

Bending radius: when the cable moves continuously, the bending radius can be as small as 5 * D;
